Catherine Rudd joined HMA in January 2010 as a Senior Consultant in the Indianapolis office. From 2008-2009, she served as a Senior Policy Advisor with the National Association of State Units on Aging (NASUA) in Washington, DC. Prior to that she served in various capacities over a fifteen year career with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, including ten years as Deputy General Counsel where she was the primary legal advisor for the Medicaid program. She received her law degree from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1992 and her undergraduate degree in Communications from Purdue University in 1981. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana and in the District of Columbia.
