Mr. Elwell specializes in health finance, community partnerships and hospital operations. As president of a municipal corporation operating the largest public hospital and public health department in the State of Indiana, he significantly increased healthcare-related federal revenues from various sources for the corporation and the State of Indiana. Mr. Elwell held various positions with private hospitals and health systems including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer, and developed expertise in managed care and hospital operations and finance.
