Ms. Longo has over twenty years of state government and budget experience. She assists clients in program, policy, financial and operations projects. Prior to joining HMA, Jane was with the Illinois Department of Public Aid, serving as Chief of the Bureau of Medical Eligibility Policy and Bureau Chief for KidCare, Illinois' integrated program of Medicaid and SCHIP health benefit plans for children and parents. Prior to joining the Department of Public Aid, Jane held several positions with the Executive Office of the Governor - Bureau of Budget. She advised the Governor and staff on budget issues related to welfare and economic development, and projected and monitored the receipt of more than $3 billion in federal funds to the General Revenue Fund. Jane has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
