Ms. Strugar-Fritsch has 25 years of health care experience, spanning clinical nursing, managed care, program development, research, policy analysis and administration. A private consultant before joining HMA, she served clients in health care associations, public health, rural health, foundations, and community-based programs. She also has extensive experience in public-private-academic partnerships, and was Director of Planning for the Michigan Public Health Institute.
