Ms. Tucker is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive experience with fiscal, programmatic and administrative functions related to community-based and other long-term care service providers.  Prior to joining HMA, Ms. Tucker served as Deputy Secretary for the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and had overall responsibility for administrative services, community-based services (including Medicaid waiver and other federal and state funded long-term care programs), volunteer services, information technology, and planning and evaluation.
