New Leadership, Team Building Workshop for Those Serving Vulnerable Populations

Transformation of healthcare delivery is requiring those of us who serve vulnerable populations to cultivate new leaders and form new kinds of teams inside and outside of our organizations.

HMA and Rush University Medical Center-Chicago are launching a new, one-day intensive workshop that will introduce proven strategies for developing a deep bench of collaborative leaders and empowered providers. Participants will learn about building teams, motivating staff, engaging patients and developing community partnerships. We will also share leadership development best practices to advance care coordination, provider engagement, quality improvement, and implementation of new payment models.

The first workshop will be on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in Chicago. Registration is open now to all healthcare and social service providers serving vulnerable populations in Chicago and surrounding communities. The sessions will spark discussion, collaboration and new ideas, so bring your entire team and partners. Participants may be eligible for CME or CNE credit. Learn more and register today!

Empowered Leadership Transforms Care for Vulnerable Populations is coming soon to other cities nationwide. If you’re interested in this leadership and team building workshop for your organization or community, contact me.
