Amanda Glickman, MPH
A policy specialist with experience in child maternal health, child welfare, early leaning and the Children’s Health Insurance Program, Amanda Glickman is a strategic analyst and project coordinator.
Amanda is experienced at assessing federal and state regulations, legislation, and information from government agencies as well as extensive programs within the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS).
Before joining HMA, she worked as a policy specialist providing guidance and program recommendations on projects surrounding issues such as maternal depression, substance exposed infants, early childhood education and child abuse. She also served as an executive policy aide for the Pennsylvania DHS and an executive policy intern for the Pennsylvania Department of Health to complete her collegiate capstone project in 2019.
Her work has included serving as deputy finance director, organizing and raising money for candidates and programs, as well as planning logistics for fundraising events and efforts. She also worked as a campaign field organizer and congressional intern.
Amanda earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy and administration from James Madison University and a Master of Public Health from Drexel University.
