Senior Proposal Manager
Brad Thomas has over 12 years’ experience developing proposals for the U.S. Federal and State Governments, as well as a variety of government agencies throughout Europe and the Middle East. His international experience includes managing successful bids for the European Central Bank, European Space Agency, CERN and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Corporation, to name a few.
Before his foray into the world of proposal management, Brad worked as a Systems Analyst for the global law firm Hogan Lovells and the International Monetary Fund.
Brad is trained in the Shipley proposal methodology and is proposal management certified from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. Other certifications include Prince2 project management and ITILv3 IT service management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of London.
When Brad is not pursuing proposal perfection, he likes to travel with his wife and son, and catch live music around the Washington, D.C. area.
