An experienced consultant, Capri Dye understands process is an integral ingredient in the recipe for success. She knows how to help clients fine tune their processes to maximize efficiencies and manage change to realize success.
Capri has served as a process improvement consultant for a number of government health care and regulatory compliance projects, including Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) projects at the state and federal level. A skilled problem solver, Capri understands the importance of engaging with staff in all levels of an organization to ensure clients realize gains in every aspect of their operations.
As a Certified CMMI Associate™ Ms. Dye has the knowledge and understanding of applying CMMI®, the gold standard of excellence in software and systems development, as a proven approach to performance management. Her in-depth understanding of CMMI® allows her to work with clients to cultivate and enhance internal strategies for process improvement. She has also served on several CMMI appraisal teams and has worked with the CMMI Institute’s CMMI-SVC Core Team to promote CMMI-SVC in the health care community as well helping to establish new professional credentials for CMMI practitioners.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Golden Gate University.
Spending time with family and friends and exploring the United States are at the top of Capri’s priority list, and she tries to combine the two whenever she can.
