Catie Hilbelink specializes in health policy research and is interested in developing more expertise in health policy consultation.
She has provided research and analytic support for a variety of projects, including a 50 state review of public reporting practices, a 21 state scan of state employees’ dental benefits, pregnancy outcomes in prisons and weekly updates on state’s Health Insurance Exchange progress.
Catie also frequently assists project managers in the full scope of project development, management and resolution including: developing and editing written proposal responses to client RFPs, working with clients and colleagues to manage tasks within the required scope of work, presenting completed deliverables to clients, and responding to project follow-up.
She earned her master’s degree in public policy from Michigan State University and her bachelor’s degree from Calvin College.
