As a research associate, Cieara has been involved in numerous projects, including a health equity project. As an undergraduate, Cieara worked at both the student Basic Needs Center (The Hub) and The Women’s Center in community facing roles. In her junior year, she led an essential hygiene program that provided free resources to under-resourced students and served close to 1,000 students during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a skilled organizer and passionate team member, she makes it a point to prioritize and connect with the people she works to support.
Cieara earned her bachelor’s degree in global health from the University of California, San Diego.
