From the day she joined HMA in 2004, Colleen hit the ground running and has never slowed down. She plans client meetings and events. She collaborates on special projects. She meets and greets guests, answers and routes all incoming telephone calls, coordinates mail and shipping, and pitches in however and whenever is needed. No task is too big or too small.

A seasoned professional, Colleen has worked in human resources, customer service and office management for Chicago-based corporations including AT&T, Progressive Insurance, John H. Stroger Hospital and Mile Square Health Center.

Colleen has completed advanced studies in business administration at Roosevelt University-Chicago and is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
