With information technology (IT) leadership and technical expertise, Edward “EJ” Jones has experience handling complex technical issues, managing processes and providing solutions to support and train colleagues.
Before joining HMA, EJ managed customer information and expanded customer experiences as a services advisor with Microsoft. He is an adept customer relationship manager with experience troubleshooting, identifying technology risk and providing solutions.
His experience also includes tracking metrics, training new employees, film production and editing, facilitating repairs and establishing compliance to protect client data.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in audio production from the Art Institute of Washington.
