Gisele Scott is a process-driven certified project manager with over six years of progressive experience in managing diverse federal projects. She has a strong track record of success in effectively managing project costs and margins, negotiating and sourcing suppliers, and ensuring clear and efficient communication among team members and customers. Her expertise includes federal acquisition, process improvement, and operations, stakeholder, logistics, contract and vendor management.

During her time as a project coordinator contractor for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Gisele oversaw management of an engineering booster project and ensured all the necessary resources were available for seamless execution. She established and maintained a strong relationship with clients, third parties/vendors and partners and improved project efficiency by assisting with vendor interviews and contract performance monitoring.

As a program analyst for the Small Business Administration, Gisele verified the integrity of programs and support documents to eliminate fraudulent filings and maintain proper budget management. She also served as a project coordinator for S&K Aerospace LLC, a contracted U.S. Air Force entity. In this role, she excelled in onboarding subcontractors and integrating subcontractors’ deliverables into project timelines. She enhanced project documentation and deliverables by ensuring adherence to quality standards and conducted post-project evaluations.
