Kimberly brings strong administrative skills and energy to HMA’s proposal team. With a background in project coordination and customer service, Kimberly is skilled at multi-tasking and meeting strict deadlines with a positive attitude.
As a proposal coordinator, Kimberly assists with creating proposal-specific templates, proposal production and internal research. She serves as the person of contact for internal questions and status requests for letter proposals, RFIs and RFPs. She maintains records for new and updated projects and updates information on our internal information database.
Kimberly joined HMA from McLaren Greater Lansing where she managed administrative and quality improvement activities for the clinical laboratory and pathology. She created, analyzed and maintained files, records, reports and other documents. Previously, Kimberly served as an administrative project coordinator at Kellogg Eye Center in Ann Arbor. She met deadlines under pressure while demonstrating flexibility and composure during unanticipated change. She monitored spending, account reconciliation and budget management for received awards. She handled billing and ensured correct payment processing. Kimberly also oversaw the recruitment cycle for new hires in the laboratories and maintained employment records.
Kimberly received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and health management from the University of Phoenix.
