Vlad Cartwright is a senior strategist with more than three decades of experience in public affairs, advocacy strategy, and public relations. He has led large-scale, award-winning public education, public affairs, marketing, and advocacy programs, and he leads and develops national, regional, and local campaigns and public awareness programs for Fortune 500 companies and some of America’s largest trade associations and political action committees.

With 720 Strategies, Vlad has led client engagements for more than 15 years and currently serves as the chief executive officer. Before joining 720 Strategies, he served in a number of executive-level and advisory roles across healthcare, policy and communications. His areas of expertise include legislative and regulatory advocacy, public education, marketing, media relations, coalition development, fundraising, and grassroots advocacy.

Vlad has a bachelor’s degree in political science from American University.
