The Utah Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) is in the process of studying provider payments for services covered by the Acquired Brain Injury Waiver, Community Supports Waiver, Community Transitions Waiver, Limited Supports Waiver, and Physical Disability Waiver. Burns & Associates, a division of Health Management Associates (HMA-Burns), has been contracted to assist with this rate study and has established this website as a repository for study-related materials.

Provider Survey
