Allie Macdonald has experience supporting projects across a range of healthcare sectors, including state Medicaid programs, state-based marketplaces, waiver evaluations, public health, and community health. 

At Health Management Associates (HMA), Allie supports the development and implementation of business and operational processes and tools to support adoption of key policy and operational changes and mitigate risk. This includes policy analysis, business process analysis, organizational change management, and communications strategy. 

Allie has very strong communication and facilitation skills, in addition to experience with project planning, business process development, policy analysis, and data analytics. 

Prior to joining HMA, Allie was a member of two public health student-led organizations at the University of Maryland, where she led and contributed to research and outreach in the social determinants of health to local communities in the College Park, MD area. 

Allie earned a bachelor’s degree in public health science from the University of Maryland.
