Bobbie Wunsch is a successful management consultant with over 30 years experience in the health care industry. As a founder and partner of Pacific Health Consulting Group, Bobbie specializes in the restructuring and financing of health care delivery organizations, primarily safety net providers.

Bobbie provides strategic planning services to community clinics and health centers, county health and local Medicaid managed care organizations, public hospitals, ambulatory care centers and health care financing organizations. She focuses on issues such as restructuring through mergers or affiliations, program development, redesigns for improved effectiveness and efficiency, and cooperative business ventures. Bobbie also provides meeting facilitation for a wide variety of health-related organizations.

Bobbie has dedicated the last 30 years to working with the public sector in the delivery of women’s reproductive health, primary care and community health services. Recognized as a leading resource in financing and operating health services for low-income, uninsured individuals, Bobbie conducts seminars and has published numerous reports and articles on the related topics.

Bobbie holds an MBA from University of California, Berkeley and a BA from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. Bobbie was awarded the California Primary Care Association Hero Award in 2017, the California Coverage & Health Initiatives 2012 Champion for Coverage Award,  the Marin Community Clinics 2012 Community Health Champion Award and in 2005 the Cheryl Kleinhammer Memorial Award for her strong commitment to reproductive health presented by the California Reproductive Health Association.
