Ciera Babbrah is a public health professional with experience managing multi-sector initiatives that promote equitable and sustainable healthcare solutions. She specializes in project management, policy analysis, and qualitative research, with a focus on behavioral health, social determinants, and cross-sector collaboration. 

In her previous role with Leavitt Partners, an HMA Company, Ciera supported multi-stakeholder alliances and digital health initiatives. Her work included coordinating stakeholder communications, managing project timelines and deliverables, supporting financial planning, and leading a Medicaid payment innovation effort focused on data exchange between housing and healthcare sectors. 

Ciera also has experience in qualitative research and community-based health education. Her previous work includes research on youth and adolescent mental health in India; infection prevention in rural care settings; and the development of a health literacy program for refugee communities. 

Ciera earned a master’s degree in public health with a concentration in health systems and population health from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Arizona State University.
