An effective leader with the proven ability to build and lead efficient operations with high-performing teams, Kelly Lauletta has more than a decade of experience driving business operations, overseeing statewide initiatives, developing strategic plans, and creating strong policy.

Before joining HMA, she served as an executive consultant providing direction on programming aimed at transitioning children in foster care to a fully managed Medicaid system. Prior to that position, she served 12 years as the New York State regional director for the University of Pittsburg Medical Center where she led the transition of the MetroPlus Health Plan to a new behavioral health organization partner across all lines of business; spearheaded the Capital District Physician Health Plan health and recovery plan program in Albany, New York; built the data collection processes and metrics for monitoring behavioral health system performance Behavioral Health Organization Phase I of the Hudson River Region; and guided the Care Monitoring Initiative with the New York State Office of Mental Health, Department of Health & Mental Hygiene.

Kelly also served as deputy director for mental health services for PSCH, Inc. where she directed the intake department, including launching and overseeing the blending of care management teams in Brooklyn, Queens, and Bronx, New York.

Innovative, flexible, and focused on meeting a variety of challenges with strong clinical and administrative abilities, she excels at consensus building, vendor management, stakeholder communication, and client relations. She earned a master’s degree in social work from Adelphi University and a bachelor’s degree in social work from Molloy College.
