Morgan Wilson is an experienced public health consultant with a strong background in strategic project management, program evaluation, and capacity building.
As a consultant with Leavitt Partners, an HMA Company, she leads client engagements focused on chronic disease management, behavioral health, health policy analysis, and community health improvement. Her work includes conducting qualitative research, leading stakeholder engagement efforts, and producing high-quality deliverables that help organizations align strategy with impact.
Previously, Morgan served as a project specialist with the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where she led statewide coalition building and evaluation efforts for fall prevention and social isolation initiatives. She also contributed to a federally funded project aimed at enhancing human trafficking victim identification and community capacity building.
Morgan has collaborated with state and local agencies, community coalitions, and healthcare organizations to design and implement solutions that address public health challenges across diverse populations. Her experience ranges from nonprofit leadership, having founded and operated her own nonprofit organization, to previous roles in health education, grant writing, and strategic planning.
Morgan has a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science in human services from Utah State University. She is a certified health education specialist (CHES) and an active member of the Utah Public Health Association.
