Kate de Lisle specializes in payment and delivery transformation where she leads the firm’s internal research team dedicated to understanding trends and developments related to the movement to value. Ms. de Lisle supports Leavitt Partners’ tracking of public and private alternative payment model (APM) activity, monitoring participation trends, and studying the policies and market forces governing these models, as well as the subsequent delivery transformation efforts associated with high-value care. She maintains research relationships with provider leaders across the country, frequently conducting interviews with executives and frontline clinicians. Ms. de Lisle uses her APM expertise to support various client and firm directed projects related to the transition to value, including deliverable development, speaking engagements, and trainings.
Before joining Leavitt Partners, she worked in the healthcare industry clinically and administratively, including with Intermountain Healthcare.
Ms. de Lisle earned a bachelor’s degree in health science from Brigham Young University.
