Jennifer Shaw is an accomplished senior healthcare leader with extensive experience in both the technical and operational facets of revenue cycle management. Her broad expertise has been instrumental in streamlining processes and driving efficiencies within healthcare organizations. 

Before joining Health Management Associates, Jennifer was a system manager at Commonspirit Health. She has also served in various leadership positions throughout her career, focusing on revenue cycle management. With Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), she initially oversaw billing operations across all system hospitals in Nebraska before transitioning into technical leadership, where she led the implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and claims management platforms.  

Jennifer’s technical acumen, combined with her strategic mindset and data driven approach enables healthcare organizations to utilize systems to their fullest potential enhancing cash flow and staying ahead of ever-evolving industry regulations. 

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She also has a Master of Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
