Steven Raveesh is a healthcare strategy consultant with experience in strategic growth and planning, business development, project management, and business transformation. He is a proven leader of provider initiatives, including market entry, facility development, and physician relations. He is skilled in developing, analyzing, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, increase revenue, and contribute to improvement within healthcare organizations.

Prior to joining The Focus Group, an HMA Company, Mr. Raveesh was a strategy and planning consultant at NeueHealth, a Bright Health Group Company. He led a high-impact growth initiative that increased the enterprise’s care delivery capacity by 50 percent through managing the development of 25 medical practices across multiple markets. He supported the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives and developed and implemented transformational strategies within medical practices. Mr. Raveesh worked as a physician business development representative at Nicklaus Children’s Health System. He established relationships with new referring physicians, improved physician satisfaction, and achieved impressive outreach visit numbers to introduce clinical offerings and programs.

Mr. Raveesh earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration and a master’s degree in public health from Barry University and a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and pre-medical studies from the University of Miami. He is fluent in Spanish, and is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Nicklaus Children’s Young Ambassadors.
