With a robust background in healthcare operations and information services, Eileen Moscaritolo is well versed in system migration, regulatory procedures, process improvements and security issues in a variety of healthcare entities.

With expertise in healthcare technology, she has worked with electronic medical records systems, encounters and health information technology as well as medical records management.

A skilled project manager, Eileen joins HMA after serving as executive driver at a major California health plan. Her work there included migrating systems, providing expertise on Medi-Cal, Cal-Medi-Cal, and Medicare programs and serving as primary liaison with regulatory agencies.In addition, Eileen has served as chief operating officer a management services organization overseeing health plans and independent practice associations. In this role, she managed process improvements which resulted in expense reduction and revenue growth. She is also a skilled trainer and has experience overseeing technical assistance, advisory and security operations.

With a wide range of experiences and clients in her portfolio, Eileen has worked directly with managed care organizations, Cal Medi-Connect, Covered California, Programs of All-Inclusive Care, Medicare and Medi-Cal. She has led organizational efforts for Medi-Cal expansion, CalMediConnect, and Affordable Care Act implementation.

Eileen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and began her career as a programmer, program analyst, project manager and information services director.
