Robert Muschler is a seasoned strategist and facilitator with deep expertise leading strategy development and capacity building projects for nonprofit and public sector organizations. He is passionate about working with organizations to enhance their impact.
Rob specializes in strategic planning and restructuring, organizational development and capacity building, community engagement, and grant writing. He has led and co-led numerous engagements, working with nonprofit and public sector executives, boards of directors, staff, and community members, tailoring his work to organizations ranging from early-stage startups to century-old institutions.
Rob’s work has focused on a wide variety of health, human, and social services, including behavioral health, public health, housing, youth development, and early childhood education. He has designed and facilitated strategic planning processes for over 50 organizations, supported over 10 merger and strategic partnership due diligence discussions, led hundreds of interviews and focus groups, and has won over $40 million in grants for clients.
He has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University.
