Shreyas Ramani is an experienced data analyst who is experienced in population health analytics with knowledge of value-based care, using healthcare data to generate actionable information, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure access to accurate, timely insights to reduce healthcare costs and improve the quality of care for patients. 

Prior to joining HMA, Shreyas was a business intelligence manager at Signify Health. In this role, he led a team of two employees through Signify Health’s acquisition of Caravan Health. He participated in company analytics integration workstreams, collaborated with business leaders to determine the best tools and data sources to monitor core client metrics and developed and maintained dashboards containing data for over 200 clients in Power BI. He participated in the entire product development process and identified opportunities to improve metric and dashboard creation process. 

Shreyas previously held multiple roles at Caravan Health, including healthcare analyst, senior healthcare analyst and data and analytics team lead/product liaison. In these roles, he collaborated with software developers and database engineers to develop new metrics and patient outreach lists in SQL and developed data dashboards in Power BI for delivery staff to monitor core client metrics. He also created a risk stratification algorithm to identify potentially high-cost clients using over 100 claims and demographics-based predictors and automated the production of Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations. 

Shreyas earned a master’s degree in health informatics and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Michigan.
