With more than 25 years of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial healthcare experience, John Lasota is a diversified healthcare professional with deep expertise in project and program management, business process improvement, and financial analysis.

John has led programs and projects for clients as an independent consultant serving health plans and overseeing diverse initiatives and activities. He planned and guided business process analysis and strategic planning efforts as well as led multi-program expansions and project shifts with strategic expertise.

Before joining HMA, John served as a health plan project management office (PMO) director overseeing the design and direction of the office, seeking solutions to develop a comprehensive system implementation guide and operating models to support business development.

His project management expertise also includes overseeing business projects with Aetna Life Insurance where he conducted impact and analysis activities and drove remediation efforts through collaboration and leadership.

John also served as PMO director and project manager taking companies through shifts in structure, integration of new case management systems, product development, strategic improvements and team and structure modifications.

Adept at data visualization and management, John has also conducted data research and analysis to direct problem identification and strategic planning to achieve favorable outcomes.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Santa Clara University.

Outside of work, John enjoys traveling, architecture, and spending time with his wife and two teenage boys.
