Julie Rose is a seasoned healthcare leader with 10 years of experience in operations, project management, and digital innovation. Whether navigating complex regulatory landscapes or driving innovation in healthcare delivery, Julie’s strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently delivered tangible results.

Prior to joining HMA, Julie held project manager roles at Aetna Better Health of Louisiana/CVS Health and Ochsner Health System. She used Six Sigma methodologies to conduct process improvement activities with a focus on payor reimbursement and primary care physical (PCP) attribution, developed comprehensive value-based care initiatives and provider performance programs, and drove transformative change to ensure organizations delivered high-quality care while optimizing resources. She is also dedicated to enhancing healthcare access, especially in rural communities, by utilizing telemedicine and digital health technologies to empower patients in managing their own health outcomes.

In addition to her work in healthcare delivery, Julie is skilled in disaster response planning and emergency management. She has played a pivotal role in developing robust contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of care during crises. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have been instrumental in safeguarding the well-being of communities in times of adversity.

Julie earned a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a credentialed Six Sigma advisor.
