She has an established business planning and implementation approach and applies proven practices for project initiation and tracking that assures the effective selection and completion of strategic initiatives.
Prior to her role with CCA, Missy led initiatives as an independent consultant at local health plans and for state governments. Missy spent over 20 years with Tufts Health Plan where she held several project management and department leadership roles. She supported the design of a select network of providers based on cost and quality measures by building new measurement tools and instituted a sophisticated medical case management system to improve quality of care for highest risk member populations. Missy established the first project management office (PMO) to enhance the effectiveness of organizational initiatives at both CCA and Tufts Health Plan.
Missy earned her MBA from Northeastern University and her bachelor’s degree from Regis College. She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and currently serves as chair of the Hallmark Health Patient and Family Advisory Council.
