An eager and active learner, Rachel Deadmon is a motivated asset to teams and clients. She has a keen understanding of financial management and client engagement, as well as experience with insurance products and healthcare processes and programs.

Rachel joins HMA after completing her bachelor’s degree in economics from Lebanon Valley College and serving as an intern in the HMA Harrisburg office. Her work has included developing tools and databases to support projects including identifying subject matter experts for Medicaid managed care procurements. She also provided editorial review and administrative support to colleagues and completed day to day office management tasks.

She also has leadership experience in retail and food service roles, is licensed in accident and health insurance and has completed Microsoft Office class certification.
