Samantha Foster is a research associate at Leavitt Partners, an HMA Company. She is primarily responsible for supporting client work by conducting research on the U.S. healthcare system, informing strategic recommendations, and creating client deliverables. Her work is focused on Medicare and public health. 

Prior to joining Leavitt Partners, Ms. Foster worked as a United States Congressional intern and as a patient communications specialist for HealthTree, a nonprofit. 

Ms. Foster earned her bachelor’s degree in public policy and administration from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
