With over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, Tommaso DiGiovanni specializes in enhancing value at the crossroads of people, processes, and technology. His expertise encompasses leadership, business process analysis, enterprise risk management, analytical skills, and proficiency in Medicaid, Medicare, and pharmacy benefit management. 

Prior to joining HMA, Tommaso was a senior director of project delivery for Clearlink Partners. In this role, he spearheaded client facilitation and drove key initiatives for strategic goals. He helped establish the project management office (PMO) and advised leadership on best practices for managed care models. Tommaso led projects to enhance reporting, analytics, and data integrity and oversaw clinical program implementation and business analysis. He contributed to cross-functional processes, communication planning, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) contract proposals. He also designed team-based development for workflow, providing strategic insight and identifying technology enablers for streamlined operations and contract compliance. 

Prior to his role at Clearlink Partners, Tommaso held various senior level positions at HighPoint Solutions, Gorman Health Group, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, and Dean Health Plan, contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic planning in the healthcare industry. 

Tommaso earned a Master of Science in management, strategy, and leadership from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami. He is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and holds certifications in SAFe 6 Agile and Adult Learning Principles & Curriculum Development from AchieveGlobal.
