On March 25, 2013 HMA hosted a webinar by Principal Donna Strugar-Fritsch, “New Faces in the Expansion Population: Parolees and Ex-Offenders.” Donna, who has a BSN with a master’s in public administration and is a certified correctional health care professional, talked about the challenges and opportunities of covering this special (and large) population.
